Reller Family Consulting is entering a new season. I will continue providing custody evaluations, mediation and ADR, and integrated mental health and substance use diagnostic assessments. At the same time, I am expanding my practice to include strategic consultation, client preparation, professional education, and collaborative problem-solving.
I bring fresh, practical thinking to the persistent problems that keep cases, clients, and professionals stuck. The same old problems deserve more than the same old answers.

Some of the most valuable professional learning happens when evaluators can think together, asking questions, sharing perspectives, examining difficult dynamics, and learning from the complexity of the work. Self-reflection is a must.
Beginning in January 2027, I am looking to form a member-led monthly consultation group for custody evaluators interested in collegial discussion, shared learning, and fresh approaches to recurring challenges.
We will meet by Zoom on the first Thursday of each month from 9:00–10:30 a.m. Central Time. There is no cost to participate. Space will be limited to support candid, confidential, and meaningful conversation.
